Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 支持部材と回転部材との間に回転部材に対して
    略同軸に揺動自在な中間部材を設け、この中間部
    材と回転部材との間に磁気軸受を設けて回転部材
    を回転可能に軸支する一方、上記回転部材の径方
    向にその弾性力を及ぼす弾性部材を支持部材と中
    間部材との間に設け、上記支持部材と中間部材と
    の間に、振動を減衰し得るシリコーンゲル製の環
    状をなすダンパー部材を介設したことを特徴とす
    る磁気軸受装置。
