に関するものである。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a heat exchanger, and in particular to a method for directly bonding a refrigerant circuit to the heat insulating side wall surface of a metal plate or synthetic resin molded product that forms the inner box of, for example, an electric refrigerator or freezer. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a heat exchanger such as a so-called pipe-on-sheet structure cooler or condenser.

However, in the case of such an adhesive method, the adhesive 3 is naturally present between the inner box plate 2 and the cooling pipe 4, which becomes a factor that inhibits heat conduction. Furthermore, the contact area between the inner box plate 2 and the cooling pipe 4 is also limited,
In order to improve heat conduction, the number of turns in the cooling pipe 4 is increased, which means that a long cooling pipe 4 is required for the inner box plate 2 of a certain area, which makes the cooling pipe 4 expensive. is a heat insulating layer made of foamed urethane resin].

There were drawbacks such as the time required for the adhesive to harden.

方法である。 The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, and its specific configuration is to place a metal plate or synthetic resin plate, a heat exchange pipe, and an adhesive-coated aluminum foil sheet on a press table in this order. A method for manufacturing a heat exchanger with a pipe-on-sheet structure, characterized in that when manufacturing a heat exchanger with a pipe-on-sheet structure by stacking and pressing with a press punch, the aluminum foil sheet is previously formed into a corrugated shape. It is.

The idea is to make the aluminum foil sheet deformable so that the pipe can be firmly adhered to the plate, thereby achieving high heat exchange efficiency. Of course, the method for manufacturing a heat exchanger according to the present invention is suitable for automation.

A copper or iron pipe having a substantially half-moon cross section is preferred. Of course, the plate described here may be the inner box itself of a refrigerator or the like, or it may be a plate adhered to the inner box directly or via another thermally conductive plate or sheet.

効率が悪い。 As described above, the aluminum foil sheet 5, which has been formed into a corrugated shape in advance, is extended by the pressure applied by the press punch 8, which has elasticity due to the provision of an elongation allowance, and the cooling pipe 4 and the inner box plate 2 are stretched. It is possible to secure a large heat conduction area by adhering in a straight shape, and it is possible to obtain a cooler with a pipe-on-sheet structure that has good heat exchange efficiency. In particular, since there is no need to provide a groove for accommodating the cooling pipe 4 in the inner box plate 2 or to match the cooling pipe 4 to the corrugated shape of the aluminum foil sheet 5, the assembly work is significantly simplified. Moreover, the air layer 6 shown in FIG. 2 is also very small and there is no fear of it breaking, making it extremely effective in manufacturing. If the aluminum foil sheet is not formed into a corrugated shape in advance, it is expected that the aluminum foil sheet will become stretched due to the pressure applied by the press punch 8 as shown in Fig. 5, and the air space 6 will become large. has poor heat exchange efficiency.
