……第１層と第３層としての金属酸化物層、１８
……第２層としての貴金属層である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ガラス板表面に、酸化亜鉛を主成分とする
    厚みが２００Å〜５００Åの第１層と、銀から成
    り厚みが５０Å〜２００Åの第２層と、酸化亜鉛
    を主成分とする厚みが２００Å〜５００Åの第３
    層とを積層して成り、可視光線透過率が７５％以
    上で、かつ、可視光線反射率が１５％以下である
    ことを特徴とする熱線反射ガラス。 (2) 前記第１層および前記第３層は酸化アルミ
    ニウムを含む酸化亜鉛から成り、前記第３層は酸
    化アルミニウムと酸化亜鉛との焼結酸化物をター
    ゲツトとして減圧された低酸素分圧の雰囲気中で
    直流スパツタリングして形成することを特徴とす
    る請求項１に記載の熱線反射ガラス。
