Claims (1)
- 塗布幅可変アプリケーター並びにメータリング
バー及び／又はスムージングバーを具備する、ウ
エブ状基材に塗布を施す装置において、前記バー
の直前及び／又は直後に、ウエブ状基材の両端部
に接触し自由回転するローラーを、ウエブ状基材
と該ローラーの接触点がウエブ状基材とバーとの
接触点よりも高位置となるよう配置したことを特
徴とする塗布装置。
