As shown in Figure 3a, the programmable controller includes a power supply unit 1, a CPU unit 2,
Various modular units (hereinafter referred to as units 1) such as an input/output unit 3 are attached to a base unit 4, which is housed in a case 5 made of a molded product as shown in Figures b and c. In such a programmable controller, since each unit 1 includes many heating elements, the inside of the case 5 becomes high temperature.
A large number of heat dissipation holes 7 are provided in the case 5 to communicate with the atmosphere, thereby cooling the inside of the case 5.

In a programmable controller with such a structure, foreign matter such as wire scraps enters the case 5 through the heat radiation hole 7 during installation and wiring or work inside the panel, and dust attached to the top surface of the case causes vibrations. The electronic components inside the unit 1 may be damaged or deteriorated by entering the case due to shock or impact.

The top plate, which has a large number of heat radiation holes and dust-receiving recesses formed between each heat radiation hole, can be attached to and removed from the inside of the top plate of the case so that the heat radiation holes are staggered with the heat radiation holes of the case. It was installed on.

Even if foreign matter enters through the heat dissipation holes in the case, the heat dissipation holes in the top plate below are arranged in a staggered manner, so the foreign matter will be blocked by the top plate, and even if dust enters, it will not go into the dust receiving recess. Do not collect or enter the case.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the main parts of an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view thereof. Reference numeral 5 denotes a case, and a top plate 6 is provided with a large number of heat radiation holes 7, and between each heat radiation hole 7, a recess 8 for receiving dust is formed. 9 and 9a are grooves formed on the inside of the top plate 6 to face each other. Reference numeral 10 denotes a top plate made of a molded product, a metal plate, etc., which is provided with a large number of heat radiation holes 11, and between each heat radiation hole 11, a concave portion 12 for receiving dust is formed. In addition,
The width a of the heat radiation hole 7 provided in the top plate 6 of the case 5 and the interval b therebetween, and the width c of the heat radiation hole 11 provided in the top plate 10 and the distance d thereof are selected to satisfy the relationship a<d, b>c. It is.

The top plate 10 configured in this way is removably attached to the grooves 9, 9a of the case 5, and when the top plate 10 is correctly attached to the grooves 9, 9a, it is placed under the heat radiation hole 7 of the top plate 6. is the dust receiving recess 12 of the top plate 10
is located, and the heat radiation hole 11 of the top plate 10 is located between the heat radiation holes 7, 7. That is, both the heat radiation holes 7 and 11 are arranged in a staggered manner. Therefore, the heat radiation hole 7 of the case 5
Even if foreign matter or the like enters from the heat dissipation hole 7, there is no risk of it falling into the case, and dust or the like that enters from the heat radiation hole 7 collects in the dust receiving recess 12 and does not enter the case. Therefore, by occasionally pulling out the top plate 10 and cleaning it, the interior of the case 5 can always be kept clean.

In the above explanation, the top plate 6 and top plate 10 of the case 5
Although the case is shown in which dust receiving recesses 8 and 12 are provided in each case, the recess 8 of the case 5 may be omitted.

In this invention, a top plate with a large number of heat dissipation holes and a concave part for receiving dust between them is installed inside the top plate of the case so that both heat dissipation holes are staggered.
There is no risk of foreign objects entering the case, and dust that enters through the heat radiation holes of the case will collect in the dust receiving recess on the top plate and will not enter the case, so there is no risk of damage or deterioration of the unit inside the case. There is no.
