ウンが出来ないという欠点があり、且つ、ハロゲ
ン電球7′とマウント22′とが別体であるために
内部構造部品を組み立てた時、ハロゲン電球7′
とマウント22′の中心が安定的に一致するもの
でなく、組み立て最終工程に於いて、調整作業を
必要とするというような欠点もあつた。そこで、
特開昭57−168462号において、電球のステム(ピ
ンチシール部に相当)からラツパ状のフレアー部
(固定筒部に相当)を突設し、口金の底部に塗布
した接着剤にて固定するという方法が提案された
が、接着剤による固定では接着剤が固化するまで
ステムを保持しておかねばならず、組み立てに時
間が掛かるばかりか組み立て精度もバラツキがあ
つた。

いる。口金Bは内部用口金1と外部用口金2との
二重構造となつている。内部用口金1は有底筒状
のもので開口縁の近傍に内側に環状に膨出した係
合凸部4が形成されており、且つ、その下方にね
じ部14が螺設されており、更に、開口縁から底
部に向け、係合凸部4を越えて切欠溝15を複数
箇所形成してあり、又、内部用口金1の側面に切
り抜き片20を複数箇所設け、切り抜き片20を
内部口金1の底部側に倒すことによつて切り抜き
片20をハロゲン電球7の固定筒部8に弾接し、
接着剤による固定が完了するまでの仮止めする。
ここで、切欠溝15にはさまれた部分を係合舌片

面にねじ部16を刻設してあり、筒部に接点17

すことによつて切り抜き片をハロゲン電球の固定
筒部に弾接させて接着剤による固定が完了するま
での仮止めする事になり、口金とハロゲン電球の
位置決めが可能であり、組み立て作業が簡単且つ
正確に行う事が出来るという利点があり、ハロゲ
ン電球に被嵌したアウターバルブを口金に取着し
てあるので、口金を介してハロゲン電球とアウタ
ーバルブの相関位置関係を正確に定める事がで
き、品質にばらつきがなくなると言う利点もあ
る。
