いる。[Prior Art] Conventionally, a vehicle speed limiting device for limiting the maximum speed of an automobile is constructed as shown in FIG. In the figure, 2 is an electromagnetic valve which is an opening/closing mechanism for opening and closing a fuel passage of a carburetor (not shown), 4 is a control section, and 6 is a signal oscillation section. The control section 4 opens the solenoid valve 2 only when a predetermined signal voltage V1, which is a predetermined electric signal, is input from the signal oscillation section 6. Therefore, when a voltage other than the predetermined signal voltage V1 is input, the solenoid valve 2 closes. The signal oscillator 6 consists of a regulator 28 for a predetermined signal voltage V1, and a contact 32 or gate that detects the vehicle speed and is turned on when the vehicle speed is less than the set speed and turned off when the speed is higher than the set speed.

昭54−35612号公報)。[Problems to be solved by the invention] In such a vehicle speed limiting device, the contact point 32, which is the vehicle speed detection section, detects the vehicle speed based on the number of rotations of a speedometer cable (not shown), which is the vehicle speed measuring mechanism, and turns on the vehicle speed.・If the speedometer cable is removed due to modification while the speedometer is off, the detected vehicle speed will be 0. Therefore, since the detected vehicle speed is less than the set vehicle speed, the contact point 32 serving as the vehicle speed detection section does not operate and is kept in the on state. As a result, the solenoid valve 2 is opened to allow fuel supply, resulting in the inconvenience that the vehicle speed restriction is easily lifted. In addition, some conventional vehicle speed limiting devices could be easily modified because the vehicle speed limit would be canceled if the vehicle speed detection section was removed and the power supply was directly connected to the control section. 54-35612).

The vehicle speed is suppressed by suppressing the output of the predetermined electric signal from the signal oscillator to prevent the opening/closing mechanism from opening. In order to remove the vehicle speed limit of this device, when the vehicle speed measuring mechanism is removed and the vehicle speed detection section is rendered inactive by modification, the non-operation detection section detects this and the output suppressing section of the signal oscillation section generates a predetermined electric signal. Suppress output. Since the opening/closing mechanism is not opened by this output suppression, the vehicle speed restriction is not lifted. In addition, when modifying the vehicle to remove the vehicle speed limit, the power source must be directly connected or disconnected.
The opening/closing mechanism will not be opened due to input other than the predetermined electrical signal, and the speed limit will not be canceled.

A regulator 28 for a predetermined signal voltage V1, which is a signal generator that generates a predetermined electrical signal V1 set to a predetermined amount of electricity between a disconnected state and a directly connected state of a power source 20, and a speedometer cable that constitutes a vehicle speed measuring mechanism. Contact point 32, which is a vehicle speed detection unit, detects the vehicle speed based on the rotation speed of 30, and turns on when the vehicle speed is less than the set speed, and turns off when the set speed is higher than the set speed.
When the vehicle speed is lower than the set vehicle speed, the setting point 32 is turned on and the regulator 28 is turned off, allowing the output of the predetermined signal voltage V1 without reducing the output of the regulator 28. At the vehicle speed above the set speed, the contact 32 is turned off and the regulator 28 is turned on. The transistor 34 is an output suppressing section that lowers the output of the signal 28 and suppresses the output of the predetermined signal voltage V1. That is, the regulator 28
One end of the contact 32 and the base of the transistor 34 are connected to the input side of the transistor 34 . The collector of the transistor 34 is connected to the output side of the regulator 28, and the emitter is grounded.

V1, the predetermined signal voltage V1 is set lower than the A point voltage VH of the high voltage cut comparator 22 and higher than the B voltage VL of the low voltage cut comparator 24 (VL<V1< VH), the voltage at point C becomes the operating voltage V2 that turns on the transistor 26.

If it is higher than the point voltage VH, it is cut by the high voltage cut comparator 22. In addition, if the input signal voltage is lower than the B point voltage VL due to a short circuit to the ground side, which is a disconnected state of the power supply 20, for example,
It is cut by the low voltage cut comparator 24. Therefore, the voltage at point C does not reach the operating voltage V2 at which the transistor 26 is turned on. This allows the power supply 20
It is possible to prevent energization of the solenoid 10 due to a direct connection to the ground or a short circuit to the ground side, thereby preventing modification to release the vehicle speed restriction, and since the voltage is cut off, the vehicle speed restriction function is not impaired.

The other end of the speedometer cable 30 is grounded via a ground terminal 38. This causes the contact 32 to be grounded via the speedometer cable 30. The speedometer cable 30, the cable terminal 36, the ground terminal 38, the contact 32 of the signal oscillation unit 6, and the transistor 34 can be used to connect the speedometer, for example, if the vehicle speed measuring mechanism is removed and the contact 32 becomes inactive. When the contact 32 becomes inactive to only detect a vehicle speed lower than the set vehicle speed due to removal of the cable 30, an inoperation detection unit detects the inoperation state of the contact 32 and suppresses output of the predetermined signal voltage V1. 8.

When the transistor 34 is turned on, the output of the regulator 28 flows from the collector to the emitter to the ground side and is lowered, so that the output of the predetermined voltage signal V1 is suppressed.

ことができる。 When the speedometer cable 30 is removed by modification in order to cancel the vehicle speed limit, even if the contact 32 is in the on state, the flow no longer flows to the ground terminal 38 side, and the level between the base and emitter of the transistor 34 becomes high. Therefore, the transistor 34 is turned on, the output of the regulator 28 is lowered, and the output of the predetermined signal voltage V1 is suppressed. As a result, even though the contact point 32 is on, the solenoid 1 of the control section 4

Upon detection, the output suppressing section of the signal oscillating section suppresses the output of the predetermined electrical signal. For this reason, the opening/closing mechanism that opens and closes the fuel supply system is not opened and closed like in the past, and therefore cannot cancel the vehicle speed restriction, thereby making it possible to prevent unnecessary cancellation of the vehicle speed restriction. Furthermore, since the structure is simple, the cost is low and manufacturing is easy.

A signal oscillation section is provided, which includes a vehicle speed detection section that detects the vehicle speed, and an output suppressing section that allows the output of the predetermined electrical signal when the vehicle speed is less than a set vehicle speed, and suppresses the output of the predetermined electrical signal when the vehicle speed is higher than the set vehicle speed. A control section is provided that opens and closes the opening/closing mechanism only when a signal is input, and when the vehicle speed detecting section is in an inoperable state in which it only detects vehicle speeds lower than a set vehicle speed due to removal of the vehicle speed measuring mechanism, the vehicle speed detecting section 1. A vehicle speed limiting device comprising: an inoperation detection section that detects an inoperation state of the vehicle and suppresses output of the predetermined electric signal by an output suppression section of the signal oscillation section.
