Claims (1)
- 高濃度一導電型半導体基板に低濃度一導電型半
導体層を積層・形成してなる一導電型サブストレ
ートと、上記サブストレート上に積層・形成した
素子形成領域と、上記サブストレートと素子形成
領域の間に全面又は一部に亘つて高濃度他導電型
不純物を層状に埋込んで形成した低抵抗層とを具
備し、上記低抵抗層又はサブストレートに電源ラ
インを接続したことを特徴とする半導体装置。
