【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は、無線通信機に使用する防滴形の筐体
に関し、特に車両搭載用(以下、車載用と略す)

し種々の操作コントロールをするための操作部品
を組み込んだ操作部とによつて構成されるが、従
来のものは本体部および操作部とも夫々別々の筐
体を有し、これらの間が電気的にはコネクタ等で
接続され、構造的には夫々の筐体を直接螺着する
ものが殆どであつた。これら一般の車載用無線通
信機も内部部品のIC化により小型化が図られて
きている現状では、必要により車に取り付けられ
たものを取り出したり、電池電源が内蔵されてい
ればそのまま携帯用として利用するという使い方
が多くなつている。この場合、無線通信機として
は小型化・軽量化のほかに防滴性を有することが
必要となる。しかし前述の如く、従来の一般車載
用の無線通信機のように操作部を本体部に直接螺
着したものでは、防滴性をもたせることは困難で
ある。防滴性をもたせた従来の代表的な例とし
て、第3図に示す如く、操作部31と本体部32
との接合部の間にパツキン34をもつ取付板33
を挾んでこれら操作部31と本体部32とを互い
に締結し、このパツキンによつて防滴性をもたせ
るような構造となつているものが揚げられる。こ
の場合、操作部・本体部が夫々独自に防滴構造に
構成される。つまり、操作部31への部品35の
取付においても防滴性をもたせて組み立て、本体
部32においてもその上下面のカバー36の接合
部をパツキン等にてシールして防滴性をもたせ、
これら夫々の筐体31,32を連結する際、今度
はその接合部をパツキン34等でやはりシールす
るという構造になつている。このような構造で
は、ますます多様化してくる客先要求によるいろ
いろな操作部品の有無や機能表示の違いに対応す
べく、その都度いちいち操作部を製作することは
コスト高をまねき好ましくない。操作部だけにつ
いてみても、操作部の前面から突出している操作
部品は、仕様により不用な箇所は、防滴構造でな

合せしめるための溝5および放熱などのための凹
凸部6が設けられ、さらに枠体の前面即ち操作部
との接合面7にはアンテナの収納筒8や取手収納
ボス部9が形成され、さらにこれらの部分を残し
て、貫通した開放穴10が穿けられている。開放
穴10の縁部はOリングパツキン11の埋め込ま
れる溝12が形成されている。13,13′は枠
体の上下開口面を蓋閉するカバーであり、その内
面周囲にOリングパツキン14,14′の埋め込
まれる溝15が形成される。カバー13,13′
