Claims (1)
- パツケージからリード端子が突出した混成集積
回路モジユールにおいて、薄肉の筒状体の端部か
ら複数のスリツト部を形成し該スリツト部により
複数の係合片を形成し該係合片を先端先細形状に
折り曲げた接続端子が、前記スリツト部を形成し
た端部と反対側の端部を挿入して前記リード端子
に固定してあることを特徴とする混成集積回路モ
ジユール。
