- 半導体チツプをソルダーを用いてベースにマウ
ントした半導体装置に於いて、該ソルダーにビー
ズ部材を配し、該ビーズ部材を介して該半導体チ
ツプをベースに位置決め固着したことを特徴とす
る半導体装置。
