Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 圧電材料からなる圧電板の積層面に薄膜金属か
らなる印刷電極を全面に形成した圧電素子ペレツ
トを、前記印刷電極間に外部引き出し用の金属電
極を挟み、接着剤を介して複数枚積層してなる積
層型圧電アクチユエータにおいて、 前記金属電極の面内に前記接着剤を充填するた
めの１つ以上の貫通孔を分散配置すると共に、前
記ペレツトと金属電極との界面に形成される接着
剤層内に、導電性の物質を混入したことを特徴と
する積層型圧電アクチユエータ。
