    発熱する所定個数の抵抗体と、 前記感温センサにより検知された絶縁基板の周
    囲温度が変化したときに、この周囲温度の変化を
    補償するように、前記抵抗体への印加電圧を調整
    し出力する発熱制御手段と、 を有し、 前記絶縁基板の周囲温度が変化したときにも、
    この温度変化を補償して、絶縁基板の周囲温度を
    恒温化することを特徴とする混成集積回路の恒温
    動作回路。
