一実施例の構成を示す半分に切断した積層型圧電
アクチユエータの斜視図、第２図ａ〜ｃは本考案
のセラミツクス素子の製造行程を示す図、第３図
は第２図の製造行程に使用する圧電材料の製造方
法を示す行程図、第４図および第５図は従来の積
層型圧電アクチユエータを構成するセラミツクス
素子に発生するクラツクの様子を示す斜視図であ
る。 １……セラミツクス素子、２……印刷電極、３
……金属電極、４……外部電極、５……中央部、
６……中間部、７……外周部。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 圧電体とこの圧電体の底面より小さい面積を持
つ内部電極とが交互に積層されてなる圧電アクチ
ユエータにおいて、 前記内部電極の中心付近は圧電体への添加剤の
量を多くし、周縁部に向かうに従つて徐々に添加
剤の量を減らし、電極周縁部近傍においては添加
剤の量をゼロもしくは極力少なくしたことを特徴
とする積層型圧電アクチユエータ。
