Claims (1)
- ほぼ垂直方向に配設された透明管内に棒状の被
加熱物を収容するとともに、ランプからの赤外線
を光学系により集光して前記透明管ごしに前記被
加熱物の所定位置に照射して局部加熱する集光加
熱式帯域溶融装置において、前記透明管を前記光
学系に対して徐々に上方へ変位させる駆動機構を
設けたことを特徴とする集光加熱式帯域溶融装置
。
