Claims (1)
- 基盤と、前記基盤に下面を固定した上面から側
面までの貫通穴を有するポールと、前記ポールの
外側面に沿つてその上下に内周部を固定した円環
状の２枚の第一の平行板ばねと、内周面において
前記第一の平行板ばねの外周部を固定して前記ポ
ールとの間を気密状態に保持した円筒状の筒部と
、前記第一の平行板ばねの上部において前記筒部
の内周面に外周部を固定した円環状の２枚の第二
の平行板ばねと、前記第二の平行板ばねの内周部
を固定した軸部を有し上端に平面部を有し前記第
二の平行板ばねの弾性変形によつて上下運動自在
なステージと、一端を前記ポールの側面の前記貫
通穴の端部に気密に固着し他端を密閉したベロー
ズと、前記ベローズと前記貫通穴と前記第一の平
行板ばねと前記第二の平行板ばねによつて形成し
た密閉空間内に充満した非圧縮性流体と、前記基
盤に固定した駆動源によつて駆動されて前記ベロ
ーズの密閉端を押圧する駆動ロツドを有する駆動
部とを備えることを特徴とするステージ微動装置
。
