- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ロボツトのハンド爪の動作を一定の範囲にわた
つて検知する機械作動弁と、 ロボツトの固定部もしくは最も動きの少ない箇
所に取り付けられ、上記機械作動弁の作動によつ
て変化する空気圧を検出する圧力スイツチと、 上記機械作動弁と圧力スイツチの間を連接する
エアーホースとを有し、 上記圧力スイツチからの信号にもとづいてハン
ド爪の位置を判別し、ワークの把持状態を確認す
ることを特徴としたロボツトのワーク把持確認装
置。
