Claims (1)
- 検出すべき信号光を透過するデユワ窓を備え内
部を真空にしたデユワと、このデユワ内に設置さ
れた赤外線検出素子およびコールドシールドと、
上記赤外線検出素子とコールドシールドを冷却す
る冷却器とを備えた赤外線検出器において、上記
赤外線検出素子を冷却している間のみ、上記デユ
ワ窓に赤外線放射率の小さい表面処理を行つたプ
レートを位置させるシヤツターを設けたことを特
徴とする赤外線検出器。
