Claims (1)
- 極低温に冷却して使用する赤外線検知素子と、
外殻と、前記外殻に取り付けられた赤外線を透過
する窓と、前記外殻に一端が取り付けられた前記
外殻に周囲を覆われた内殻円筒と、前記内殻円筒
の別の一端に設けられ、かつ前記赤外線検知素子
を保持する内殻底板とで構成された内部が真空の
殻構造を有するデユワと、前記デユワ内において
前記窓を透過してくる以外の赤外線が前記赤外線
検知素子に入射しないようにするために前記赤外
線検知素子の側方を覆うコールドシールドと、前
記内殻円筒の内側に挿入された低温発生部を有す
る冷凍機とを備えた赤外線検知器において、前記
コールドシールドを前記内殻円筒のその温度が極
低温と常温の中間的温度となつている中央付近に
取り付けたことを特徴とする赤外線検知器。
