    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 調理器本体の内部に内鍋を収納し、その内鍋の
    下部に設けた加熱装置と温度検出装置を内鍋底面
    に接触させ、温度検出装置によつて検出された鍋
    底面の温度上昇カーブの勾配の差異により鍋内の
    調理物の量を判別する手段を備え、その量に見合
    つた熱量を加えるように温度制御する電気調理器
    において、内鍋全体の厚さを、調理物の量に応じ
    て鍋底面の温度上昇カーブの勾配の差異が実質的
    に現われない程度に厚く形成し、温度検出装置が
    接触する検出部分においてのみ鍋底面の温度上昇
    カーブの勾配の差異が現われる程度に薄く形成し
    たことを特徴とする電気調理器。
