Claims (1)
- シヤフトの一部にウオームネジを形成したアク
チユエータ用シヤフトのウオームネジ部分を高周
波発振により加熱、焼入する装置に於いて、移動
可能なコイルと水冷ジヤケツトを設け、ウオーム
ネジを前記コイルよりの高周波発振により順次誘
導加熱後、前記水冷ジヤケツトより冷却水を回転
するウオームネジに噴射して焼入を行う、薄肉ウ
オームネジの焼入装置。
