示す断面図、第２図は本考案の他の実施例を例示
した急冷式熱交換器のサーマルスリーブ取付け部
の構造を示す断面図、第３図は従来の急冷式熱交
換器におけるサーマルスリーブ取付け部の構造を
示す断面図である。 １……サーマルスリーブ、２……熱交換器本体
、３……あご部、４……溝部、５……点溶接、６
……突起部、７……降水管ノズル、８……上昇管
ノズル、９……ボルト、１０……配管。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 高温、高流速のプロセスガスを導入する配管
    と、上記プロセスガスを急速冷却する熱交換器と
    が接続され、該熱交換器の上記プロセスガスの入
    口部近傍にサーマルスリーブを設けて、上記熱交
    換器を高温から保護し、熱応力の発生を抑制する
    構造の急冷式熱交換器において、上記サーマルス
    リーブの取付け位置を上記熱交換器側の入口部と
    なし、該熱交換器の入口部の内周部には、上記サ
    ーマルスリーブの上端部に設けられているサーマ
    ルスリーブ固定用のあご部と嵌合する溝部を設け
    、該溝部に、上記サーマルスリーブのあご部を嵌
    合して固着する構成となし、かつ、上記サーマル
    スリーブの下端部近傍の外周部には、上記熱交換
    器の内周面と密接する振動防止用の突起部を設け
    た構造のサーマルスリーブを装着したことを特徴
    とする急冷式熱交換器。 ２ 請求の範囲第１項記載の急冷式熱交換器にお
    いて、熱交換器入口部の内周部に設けられている
    溝部と、サーマルスリーブ上端部に設けられてい
    るサーマルスリーブ固定用のあご部とを嵌合して
    固定した後、さらに上記サーマルスリーブのあご
    部を点溶接もしくはボルトにより上記熱交換器に
    固定する構造のサーマルスリーブを装着したこと
    を特徴とする急冷式熱交換器。
