The purpose is to provide a large steel plate transport vehicle that can be carried in and out.

I can't. Moreover, since there is no existing equipment suitable for this kind of work, conventionally the old bottom plate was cut into pieces of, say, 1m x 1m and transported by hand, and the new steel plates were brought in similarly small pieces. A roller is inserted between the steel plate and the steel plate, and the material is pushed out and brought in by hand.
In the case of large steel plates, methods are used such as using a winch to pull them directly onto the foundation, or manually lifting them onto a unicycle or cart, transporting them to a designated location, and then unloading them.

It is disclosed that a pair of hook rods are provided on the cable, and a receiving frame having a recessed portion on the lower side is provided oppositely to the lower surface of the underframe in front and behind the hook rod portions.

That is, it is clear that the methods described above and according to the above have limitations on the dimensions of the steel plate and are inferior in workability. Otherwise, it causes considerable damage and stains to both the foundation and the steel plate, which is undesirable from the viewpoint of quality control. The hooks and pulleys often come off during pulling with a winch, and the steel plates often fall off in the middle of pulling with a winch, resulting in a lack of operational safety.
For other types, cutting into small pieces requires a large amount of man-hours.

車は大型とならざるを得ない。 In the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Publication No. 47-36293, even if a long heavy object such as a steel pipe could be lifted and transported, the heavy object was only lifted by a crane device such as a chain from a self-propelled vehicle. The plurality of self-propelled vehicles are mechanically disjointed, and therefore each self-propelled vehicle must be provided with a self-propelled mechanism, and each self-propelled vehicle must be large.

とならざるを得ない。 In the above-mentioned Utility Model Publication No. 36-5921, the lifting cable from the hoisting machine is a single string, and the receiving frame simply has a concave portion on the lower side, so it is not possible to lift steel plates, especially large steel plates. . In addition, the underframe must be relatively long and large because receiving frames must be installed at the front and rear positions of the target long material.

In addition, by shifting the position of the mounting seat, a plurality of carts are engaged in the width direction with this mounting seat, and the plurality of carts are moved in an integrated and compact state, and the plurality of carts are arranged in the length direction of the steel plate. and set it on the steel plate. Lifting cables operated by lever blocks provided on the gate-shaped frame are guided to both sides of the gate-shaped frame, and pulleys for guiding the lifting cables are installed oppositely on both sides of the gate-shaped frame. This creates a condition suitable for lifting the lifting rope operated by the steel plate on both sides of the steel plate. In addition, by operating a single lever block, the lifting cable can be raised and lowered evenly, making it possible to lift and suspend steel plates with the left and right sides balanced at the same height and stable handling.
By forming the lifting hooks attached to the lifting cables provided as described above by providing a holding part to the L-shaped receiving part, the lifting hooks can be easily and precisely engaged with the clamped state on both sides of the steel plate. The upper surface of the steel plate which is detached from the steel plate and is locked to the L-shaped receiving part is appropriately held down by the holding part to stabilize the locking relationship.

By moving these pulleys apart and approaching each other, it is possible to position a lifting cable having a hook in accordance with the width of the target steel plate.

Even a small truck can be appropriately applied to large steel plates. Such a small truck can be operated without being disturbed by surrounding structures when repairing the bottom plate of an oil storage tank.

つている。Embodiment A specific embodiment of the present invention as shown in the attached drawings will be described. The two side supports 5, 5 of the gate-shaped frame 4 as shown in FIG. A plurality of casters 3 are provided vertically in the middle, and a plurality of casters 3 are provided on the mounting seats 1, 1 via horizontal mounting portions 2, respectively, and a pair of pulleys 9, 9 are provided on the gate-shaped frame 4. . Although the pulleys 9, 9 may generally be fixed, they may be detached from the frame 4 by suitable locking means such as U-bolts or pins, and separated from each other, if necessary. Also, the gate-shaped frame 4
A lever block 12 is provided in the middle of the lever block 12, and a lifting cable 11 having a lifting hook 10 is connected to the lever block 12 via the pulleys 9, 9. As shown in FIG. 2, the mounting seat 1 of the truck is firmly supported by providing reinforcement members 6 opposite to it, and also between the supports 5 and the horizontal portion on both sides, as shown in FIG. 1. A reinforcing plate 7 or the like is attached to provide sufficient strength to the gate frame 4 made of channel steel or the like. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 1, the above-mentioned mounting seat 1 is provided with stoppers 13 that protrude inward of the gate-shaped frame 4, respectively, so that the steel plate 8 and the steel plate 8, which are lifted up by the hooks 10, 10, engaged as shown in Figure 1,
By tightening the lifted steel plate 8 to the stopper 13 using the lever block 12, the lifting hook 10 is provided with a holding part 10a for an L-shaped receiving part, and the steel plate 8 is adapted to be received in a pinched state.

することが可能である。 That is, in the device according to the present invention as described above, a plurality of units, preferably three or more units are combined to produce a steel plate 8.
The pulleys 9, 9 are positioned so as to correspond to the width of the steel plate 8, and the position of the pulleys 9, 9 as described above can be changed as appropriate.
Although it is possible to effectively and immediately respond to steel plates 8 of any width within the range of the gate-shaped frame 4 as shown in the figure, since the steel plates 8 are generally of a constant width, the pulleys 9, 9 are may be fixed. By shifting the phase of the mounting seats 1 of the plurality of carts as described above, they are engaged with each other in the width direction in FIG. 1, and the width of the support column 5 increases in both the length direction in FIG. They can be compactly combined and moved and operated as a single unit. Further, the steel plate 8 is lifted up and engaged with the horizontal joint portion 13a of the stopper 13 as described above, and the lever block 12
By tightening the steel plate 8, the steel plate 8 can be fixed to each cart, and the plurality of carts used for loading and unloading can form a substantially connected relationship via the steel plate 8 and move as one. Since the vehicle is moved by a plurality of casters 3, it can be operated without damaging the foundation or the like. As mentioned above, since a plurality of carts are operated integrally using a suspended steel plate 8, these carts are extremely small (at most, the height is about the height of the worker's waist), and the above-mentioned It is simple and compact, and as mentioned above, it can be operated without any trouble even in the case of oil storage tank repair work, which has restrictions, and is light in weight and easy to handle.
A single worker can freely carry it to a target location or transport multiple carts together. Single lever block 12 for lifting and lowering and fixing steel plate
Since the work is carried out in a horizontal position, the large steel plate is always maintained in a horizontal state, and the work is carried out safely without any possibility of it falling off. Of course, even a considerably heavy steel plate 8 can be manipulated by manpower alone without the need for a winch or the like. It is possible to transport it.
