クロスフロー型ラジエータと、該ラジエータの後
側に配置される冷却フアンと、上記ラジエータの
後方において車両の幅方向に長手となるようにし
て搭載される横置き型エンジンとが設けられた車
両において、 車両の幅方向にみてエンジンをそのフロント側
が位置する方向にオフセツトさせて配置する一方
、冷却フアンを上記オフセツト方向と反対方向に
オフセツトさせて配置し、エンジンからラジエー
タに冷却水を送る冷却水送り通路の上流側端部を
エンジンのフロント側でエンジンの冷却水出口に
接続するとともに下流側端部をエンジンがオフセ
ツトしている側に配置された冷却水タンクの上部
に接続し、一方ラジエータからエンジンに冷却水
を戻す冷却水戻し通路の上流側端部を冷却水フア
ンがオフセツトしている側に配置された冷却水タ
ンクの下部に接続し、かつ冷却フアンの後側では
冷却水戻し通路を冷却フアンのステーに沿わせて
ステーの後側に配置したことを特徴とするエンジ
