Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 洗浄槽上端の搬入口から搬入した被洗浄物に
対し、液化した有機溶剤により浸漬洗浄した後気
化した有機溶剤によりベーパ洗浄と乾燥とを行う
ようにした洗浄装置において、気化した有機溶剤
を凝縮する凝縮槽を設け、前記洗浄槽内の気化溶
剤を該凝縮槽に導入する循環フアンを介設した回
収配管を設け、該凝縮槽で凝縮された液化溶剤を
該洗浄槽に戻す給液配管を設け、更に凝縮槽の上
部のエア溜り部と該洗浄槽の上部の空間層形成部
を連通するエア配管を設けたことを特徴とする洗
浄装置の溶剤回収装置。 ２ 前記洗浄槽の互いに対向する一方の側壁部分
に前記エア配管の吹出口と、他方の側壁部分に前
記回収配管の吸込口とを設けたことを特徴とする
請求項１に記載の洗浄装置の溶剤回収装置。 ３ 前記洗浄槽の搬入口に、洗浄作業時に自動開
放する蓋を設けたことを特徴とする請求項１又は
２に記載の洗浄装置の溶剤回収装置。
