Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 型締シリンダ室と型開きシリンダ室とに主シリ
ンダ室を仕切るように該主シリンダ室内に滑動可
能に嵌合された、可動盤を固定盤に対して接近・
離隔移動させるための主ラムに、ブースタラムシ
リンダ室を形成して、該ブースタラムシリンダ室
内にブースタラムを滑動可能に突入させて設ける
一方、前記主シリンダ室の型締シリンダ室に連通
して設けたバルブシリンダ室内に、該型締シリン
ダ室の外部油タンクに対する連通状態を制御する
プレフイルバルブを滑動可能に嵌合して、それら
型締シリンダ室と外部油タンクとを連通させる方
向への該プレフイルバルブの開作動を、該プレフ
イルバルブと前記バルブシリンダ室内壁との間に
形成した駆動シリンダ室への圧力油の導入によつ
て行なうようにしたブースタラム式型締装置にお
いて、 前記駆動シリンダ室を、所定のバルブ手段を介
して、前記型締シリンダ室と外部油タンクとを連
通させる油通路に接続し、それら型締シリンダ室
と外部油タンクとの連通状態を遮断する方向への
前記プレフイルバルブの閉作動時において、該駆
動シリンダ室を該油通路に連通せしめ得るように
したことを特徴とするブースタラム式型締装置。
