Abstract

ない良好な成形品が得られる利点がある. (発明が解決しようとする課題) ところで、前記ヘッドレストあるいはアームレスト等は

し、発泡させることを特徴とする表皮付き発泡成形品の
製造方法、 にあり、また、 (2)反応硬化途中のポリウレタン皮膜の片面に革製表
面材を圧着するとともに、薄い軟質ポリウレタン発泡体
にプラスチックフイルムを裏打ちしてなる裏面材を、前
記ポリウレタン皮膜の他面に圧着し、そのポリウレタン
皮膜の反応硬化によって、革製表面材と裏面材とをポリ
ウレタン皮膜によって接着させて革製表皮を形成し、そ
の後、革製表皮内面に液状発泡原料を注入し、発泡させ
ることを特徴とする表皮付き発泡戊形品の製造方法、 にある. (作用) 反応硬化途中のポリウレタン皮膜は、液状から脱して、
