Claims (1)
- 半導体ウエハーの入るくぼみ１を有し、該くぼ
み１の深さが該半導体ウエハーの厚さよりも大で
あり、かつ該くぼみ１の外縁部に等間隔に離れた
エツチング液流入出口２を有し、該外縁部の高さ
よりもやや高い外壁３を有し、該外縁部に棒状の
取手４を有して構成される半導体ウエハー用エツ
チング治具であつて、エツチング治具本体５の内
部において、該くぼみ１の下に上部に径が下部の
径よりも小である垂直方向の貫通孔６を有し、該
貫通孔６中に上に凸状である部品７が収納され、
該上に凸状である部品７を上下させるための傾斜
のついた溝をもつスライドバー８を有して構成さ
れることに特徴がある半導体ウエハー用エツチン
グ治具。
