Claims (1)
- 光半導体モジユールを静電気破壊から保護する
ための導電性ケースにおいて、上記光半導体モジ
ユールの側面と接する面に上記光半導体モジユー
ルを保持するための内壁を有し、また上記光半導
体モジユールの底面と接する面にくぼみを有し、
なおかつ前記くぼみの底に上記半導体モジユール
のリード端子が挿入されるための孔を有すること
を特徴とする導電性ケース。
