- 半導体集積回路装置用筒状プラスチツクチユー
ブの上面に長辺方向（集積回路装置挿入方向）に
少なくとも半導体集積回路装置がはいりこまない
幅で突出部を設け、この突出部は前記筒状プラス
チツクチユーブ底面の長辺方向に設けられている
突出部に嵌りこむことを特徴とする半導体集積回
路装置用筒状プラスチツクチユーブ。
