ルシートが収容配置され、このフレキシブルシー
ト上の入出力端子部がケースに穿設された端子窓
を通じて外部に臨むようにされて、このカード状
小型電子機器即ち携帯用記憶カードを前述したよ
うに各種機器本体に挿入するとき、機器本体の入
出力端子がカードの前述した端子窓を通じて、そ
のケース内の入出力端子部に接触されてその動作

方のパネル4を金属枠5に合致させ、これと同時
に或いは別工程において第1及び第2の外被シー
ト15及び16をパネル3上に当接させ熱圧着処
理を施して装填されたエポキシを溶融充填させる
と共に、これを硬化させる。このようにしてパネ
ル3、金属枠5、パネル4を合致させ且つこれら
によつて形成される空間6内にフレキシブルシー
ト7が配置された状態で樹脂の充填によつて全体
