(Prior Art) The present applicant has previously proposed a support for the edge of a roof membrane in an air membrane structure (Japanese Patent Laid-Open Nos. 60-78069 and 60-60).
−78071). In this support, the membrane end portion is held between a membrane holder and a presser body, and the presser body is covered with a cover body.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) By the way, this support is located in the valley of the roof membrane when it is inflated, so when it snows, the upper part of the support that is located above the membrane is covered with snow. There is a large amount of snow falling in the form of snowdrifts, and it also serves as a channel for water that melts on the roof membrane surface. If snow or ice forms on this upper part, the flexibility of the membrane edges will be impaired, which may cause the membrane to not deform smoothly when inflated or deflated or when it is affected by wind. Furthermore, if snowmelt water enters between the presser body and the membrane holder and freezes, the airtightness will be impaired. For this purpose, it is necessary to melt the snow in the upper part. The reality is that snow melting on the roof membrane sends hot air throughout the room, melting snow locally throughout the room. However, due to the presence of the membrane holder located on the inner surface of the roof membrane, the heat of hot air from the indoor side is difficult to transfer to the upper part, and therefore the upper part of the support is the part of the roof that melts the most snow. It has become an area of low ability. Continuing to send hot air for a long time just to melt snow in this area is not efficient and cost-effective.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The feature of the present invention is that the edge of the roof membrane is placed on a membrane holding plate, and the edge of the roof membrane is pressed from above by a presser member having a groove-shaped cross section. The body and the end of the roof membrane are fixed on the membrane holding plate with fixing bolts and nuts passing through them, and the presser body is covered with a cover body held between the end of the roof membrane and the presser body. The objective is to hold a heating element in the space surrounded by the cover body and to melt ice and snow by transmitting the heat of this heating element to the cover body.

A membrane holding plate 6 in the support body 2 is disposed continuously above the cable 3, and an elastic clamping plate 7 covering the membrane holding plate is laid over the entire length on the upper surface of the membrane holding plate. The ends of the roof membrane 1 are positioned on the clamping plate 7 from both sides, and the elastic cover body 8 covers the upper surface of this end, tightly clamping the roof membrane end together with the clamping plate. On the lower horizontal part of the cover body 8, a pair of channel-type (groove-shaped cross-section) presser plates 9, 9 for pressing the cover body downward are arranged parallel to each other at a predetermined interval. The length of the body is the membrane holding plate 6
almost equal to that of . The upper end of the fixing bolt 5 protrudes within the holding plate 9, and by tightening the nut 10 attached to this protruding end, the holding body and the membrane holding plate 6 are fixed, and the end of the roof membrane 1 is fixed. is fixed with pressure.

Incidentally, a presser spring 15 is disposed inside the presser body 9 and is attached to the upper end of the fixing bolt 5 of the cable clamp 4. This pressing spring is formed into a groove shape as shown in FIG.
a, 15a are bent inward in an arc shape. A mounting hole 15b through which the fixing bolt 5 is inserted is provided in the center of the bottom of the pressing spring 15. Furthermore, heating cables 16 are wired in the longitudinal direction of the presser body 9 at the upper portions of both sides inside the presser body 9. The heat generating cable 16 is
It is held in position between the rising pieces 15a, 15a of the presser spring and the inner surface of the upper bent portion 9a of the presser body 9. Since the heating cable 16 is securely fixed by the spring force of the pressing spring, it does not wobble when the roof membrane 1 is inflated or deflated, and the cable is not damaged by hitting the nut 10 or the like. Since the heat generating cable 16 is in contact with the presser body 9, and the presser body is in contact with the cover body 8, if the presser body is made of a material with high thermal conductivity, the heat conduction efficiency to the cover body will be improved, and the cover body will be in contact with the cover body. Ice and snow around the body can be melted more efficiently.

The pressing springs 15 do not need to be attached to all the fixing bolts 5 at all times, and may be attached at appropriate intervals. Further, as shown in FIG. 6, it may be attached only to the fixing bolt 13 or in combination with the fixing bolt 5, and the attachment location is selected in consideration of reliability of position retention of the heating cable 16 and workability.

The mounting hole for the pressing spring 15 does not necessarily have to be circular, and may be a hole 15c cut from the side as shown in FIG. 7. In this example, the pressing spring is attached to the fixing bolt 5 (or 13). Install it by inserting it from the side.

If the heating cable 16 is installed inside the bending part 9a of the presser body as shown in the figure, it will not be damaged even if an operator walks on the cover body 8, and the cable will be protected. Although desirable, it is not necessarily limited to this example, and may be placed, for example, on a bent portion.

As the heating element, a planar heating element can be used in addition to a linear heating element. The planar heating element 17 shown in FIGS. 8 and 9 is placed on the upper part of the bent parts 9a, 9a of the presser body 9, and is held in position between it and the upper horizontal part of the cover body 8. As the planar heating element 17, in this example, a conductive plastic plate serving as a heating element element is used with electrode wires 17a, 17a enclosed in both sides thereof. The planar heating element is not limited to the above examples; for example, one in which heating wires are arranged in a meandering manner between plastic plates with high thermal conductivity, one in which a heating current circuit is laminated with plastic film in a sandwich-like pattern, etc. may be used. .

Whether to use a linear heating element or a planar heating element is appropriately selected in consideration of conditions such as cost, durability, and ice/snow melting efficiency. The use of a linear heating element has the advantage of requiring less installation space and ease of construction, while the use of a planar heating element has the advantage of a greater effect in melting ice and snow.

FIG. 10 shows the state of supporting the membrane around the end of the cable, where the horizontal part 18a of the frame 18 covering the end of the cable constitutes a membrane holding plate, and the structure of the support 2a is substantially the same as that of the support 2. However, the sealing body 11a is press-fitted between the presser body 15 and the side of the frame 18. In this example as well,
Fixing the heat generating cable 16 in the presser body 9 with the bolt 13
The presser spring 15 attached to a and the bent part 9 of the presser body
(Effect of the invention) As explained above, according to the invention, since the heating element is disposed within the space surrounded by the cover body, it has the highest snow melting capacity among the roof surfaces. Ice and snow around the top of the support with low temperature can be melted efficiently in a short time.
It is economically advantageous because it is a local snow melting method.
