シユの取付構造に使用するクリツプの構成を示す
斜視図、第３図、第４図は同インシユレータダツ
シユをダツシユパネルに取付けた状態を示す各断
面図、第５図は本考案によるインシユレータダツ
シユに使用するクリツプの別実施例を示す全体斜
視図、第６図はインシユレータダツシユの設定箇
所を示す自動車の側面図、第７図はインシユレー
タダツシユの取付構造の従来例を示す断面図であ

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ エンジンルームＥと車室Ｒとを区画するダツ
    シユパネル１３の室内側面上に立設されるスタツ
    ドボルト１４に対して、インシユレータダツシユ
    １０の取付孔１５に予め装着されたクリツプ１６
    を係着させることにより、インシユレータダツシ
    ユ１０をダツシユパネル１３に取付けるインシユ
    レータダツシユの取付構造において、 前記クリツプ１６は遮音材層１１から取付孔１
    ５内に挿入される雄クリツプ１７と、吸音材層１
    ２から取付孔１５内に挿入される雌クリツプ１８
    とを嵌合固定することにより構成されるとともに
    、上記雄クリツプ１７と雌クリツプ１８とのラツ
    プ寸法を調整することにより、クリツプ１６の厚
    みを可変するようにしたことを特徴とするインシ
    ユレータダツシユの取付構造。 ２ 雄クリツプ１７の中空筒部１９外周面、雌ク
    リツプ１８の中空筒部２２内周面のうち一方面に
    複数の溝部２１が形成され、他方面にはこの溝部
    ２１に選択的に係着する係止爪２４が形成され、
    雌クリツプ１８に対して雄クリツプ１７を押圧操
    作することにより、クリツプ１６の厚みを可変さ
    せることを特徴とする請求項１記載のインシユレ
    ータダツシユの取付構造。 ３ 雄クリツプ１７の中空筒部１９外周面、雌ク
    リツプ１８の中空筒部２２の内周面のうち一方面
    にネジ溝２６が形成されるとともに、他方面にネ
    ジ部２７が設けられ、雌クリツプ１８に対して雄
    クリツプ１７を螺着操作することにより、クリツ
    プ１６の厚みを可変させることを特徴とする請求
    項１記載のインシユレータダツシユの取付構造。
