上工程で製造したワイヤの横断面図である。 21……0.01〜0.1μmオーダーの超微
粒子フラツクス、22……フープ。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 溶融型フラツクス又は焼成型フラツクスの製造
    工程段階で超微粒砕ミルを用いて合金成分、脱酸
    剤成分のフラツクスを0.01〜0.1μmオー
    ダーの超微粒子とし、成型フープ内に入れる高合
    金成分の充填率を60〜80%程度にあげたこと
    を特徴とする超微粒子複合ワイヤ。
