および第６図は上記実施例に用いるシヨーツの畳
み方を説明する説明図、第７図は上記シヨーツを
球状容器に入れる際の入れ方を説明する説明図、
第８図は球状容器の嵌合部分を説明する部分的な
断面図、第９図、第１０図および第１１図はそれ
ぞれ従来のシヨーツの販売形態を示す斜視図であ
る。 ２…シヨーツ、３…球状容器入りシヨーツ、４
…球状容器、５…ウエストゴム部、６…腹部被覆
側、７…略円柱状体。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 平らに拡げたシヨーツをウエストゴム部と
    並行な折り目をつけながら折り畳んでウエストゴ
    ム部が長手方向に沿う縁部を構成する帯状体に成
    形し、さらにこの帯状体を片方の短縁部から巻い
    て略円柱状体に成形し、その状態で、略円柱状体
    の高さの１〜１．５倍の高さを持つ球状容器に入
    れてなる球状容器入りシヨーツ。 (2) シヨーツの折り畳み方が、腹部被覆側を内
    側にした状態でまず半分に畳み、ついでウエスト
    ゴム部と反対側から１／３の幅ずつ折り返してい
    く畳み方である請求項(1)記載の球状容器入りシ
    ヨーツ。 (3) シヨーツが、股上寸法が１３〜１４cmのハ
    イレグ型で、左右の側部がウエストゴム部を構成
    する紐状体のみで形成されており、略円柱状体に
    成形された際の高さが３〜３．５cm、球状容器の
    高さが４〜５cmに設定されている請求項(1)また
    は(2)記載の球状容器入りシヨーツ。 (4) 球状容器が透明プラスチツク材によつて形
    成されている請求項(1)ないし(3)のいずれか一項
    に記載の球状容器入りシヨーツ。
