  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 矩形波信号を入力し、上記矩形波信号を負荷容
    量に対して出力する出力回路において、 互いのエミツタが接続された第１及び第２のト
    ランジスタからなり、上記第２のトランジスタの
    ベースとそのコレクタとが互いに接続されている
    差動回路と、 上記第１のトランジスタに流れる電流と等しい
    電流を上記第２のトランジスタのベースとそのコ
    レクタとの接続点に流すカレントミラー回路と を有し、上記第１のトランジスタのベースから矩
    形波信号を入力し、上記第２のトランジスタのベ
    ースとコレクタとの接続点から矩形波信号出力を
    取り出すようにした出力回路。
