Claims (1)
- ダイヤフラムの一面に負圧域の二次側圧力を作
用せしめ、他方の面に圧力設定ばねの一端を結合
し、その圧力設定ばねの他端を引張り作用せしめ
、圧力設定ばねの引張り力と二次側圧力の釣り合
いでパイロツト弁を開閉せしめる減圧弁に於て、
ダイヤフラムとダイヤフラムの機械的出力をパイ
ロツト弁に伝達するパイロツトステムを連結した
ことを特徴とする真空用減圧弁。
