……原点信号用スリツト、５……回転スリツト板

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 レンズを有する投光素子と、この投光素子から
の光を受ける受光素子と、この投光素子と受光素
子との間に固定され、スリツトを列設してなる固
定スリツト板と、前記投光素子と受光素子との間
に設けられ、その運動方向に沿つてスリツトを列
設した可動スリツト板とを備えてなる光学式エン
コーダにおいて、 前記投光素子のレンズには、スリツト列設方向
には光が平行に、スリツト列設方向に直交する方
向には光が拡がるような曲率を与え、この投光素
子の照射スポツトを楕円状にしたことを特徴とす
る光学式エンコーダ。
