の磁束φ３の各通路を示す第１図と対応した断面
図、第５図はロータ１８がコイル通電により回転
した状態における第１図のＡＡ線断面図である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 回転軸と、 その回転軸上に挿通固定された第１回転磁極と
    、 その第１回転磁極の一面に対接され、軸方向に
    着磁された永久磁石と、 上記第１回転磁極の周面と対向して設けられた
    固定磁極と、 その固定磁極に対し、上記永久磁石と反対側に
    おいて、上記回転軸の外側にこれと同軸的に設け
    られたコイルと、 上記コイルに対する通電により発生した磁束が
    上記第１回転磁極と上記固定磁極との空隙を通過
    する磁路を構成する第１磁気ヨーク手段と、 上記永久磁石の磁束が上記第１回転磁極と上記
    固定磁極との空隙を通過する磁路を構成する第２
    磁気ヨーク手段と、 上記回転軸に取付けられ、上記コイルに対する
    通電前の上記回転軸の角度位置と、コイルに対す
    る通電後の上記回転軸の角度位置とでそれぞれ固
    定部と係合して回転規制を行う角度規制板とを有
    し、 上記第１回転磁極と上記固定磁極との間隔が上
    記通電前の角度位置から上記通電後の角度位置に
    上記回転軸が回転するに従つて徐々に狭くなるよ
    うにこれら第１回転磁極と固定磁極との対向面の
    形状が選定されているロータリソレノイド。
