Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電極を具えた圧電板を振動板に固着し、該電極
    に印加する電界によつて生じる該圧電板の歪みに
    よつて該振動板を折曲させて変位を得る圧電アク
    チユエータにおいて、該振動板の両端または周囲
    が支持部材に固定されるとともに該振動板の一部
    が屈曲されて該振動板に屈曲部が形成されてなる
    ことを特徴とする圧電アクチユエータ。
