The present invention relates to a golden copper alloy used as a substitute for decorative gold alloys. With the recent efforts to save resources, golden alloy materials are required as a substitute for decorative gold alloys. Generally speaking, one of the requirements for decorative items is that they have good corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. Furthermore, these ornaments are decorative,
Because it requires complex processing, it is also required that the processing be easy and that the color be close to golden yellow. Incidentally, an alloy used as a decorative golden-colored material is a brass alloy consisting of 30wt% Zn and the balance Cu, but this alloy has poor corrosion resistance and mechanical properties, and has the disadvantage of being difficult to process into complex shapes. It was hot. The present invention was made in order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, and is a copper-based alloy that has excellent corrosion resistance, workability, mechanical properties (fatigue resistance), and has a golden color. The purpose is to provide alloys. The decorative golden copper alloy according to the present invention has Al3.5~
It is an alloy consisting of 10wt% Si, 3.5~7wt% Si, 1.2~1.5wt% Mg, 1.2~1.8wt% noble metal, and the balance Cu. In the decorative golden copper alloy according to the present invention,
The reason for adding Al is that when Al forms an alloy with Cu, it forms a stable oxide film on the surface, improving corrosion resistance and producing a golden-colored alloy.
This is because if the content is less than 3.5wt%, the effect will be weak, and if it exceeds 10wt%, intermetallic compounds will be formed, making it difficult to process into a thin plate. In addition, the reason for adding Si is that Si alloys with Cu to refine the crystal grains and improve fatigue resistance against repeated deformation.
If it is less than 7wt%, the effect is weak, and if it exceeds 7wt%, γ
This is because phases precipitate and workability deteriorates. Also, the reason for adding Mg is that Mg increases tensile strength, hardness, and elongation by alloying with Cu, and if it is less than 1.2wt%, the effect is weak.
This is because if it exceeds 1.5wt%, intermetallic compounds are formed and workability deteriorates. In addition, the reason for adding noble metals is to further improve the corrosion resistance of the Cu-Al alloy by adding a small amount of noble metals, but if it is less than 1.2wt%, the effect will be weak.
This is because even if the content exceeds 1.8wt%, no significant changes are observed. The precious metals mentioned here are Au,
This includes Ag, Pt, Pd, Rh, Ru, Ir, and Os. Examples and conventional examples will be described below in order to clarify the effects of the decorative golden copper alloy according to the present invention. Tests on the color, workability, sweat resistance, and fatigue resistance of the decorative golden-colored copper alloys of Examples 1 to 4 and the decorative golden-colored copper alloys of Conventional Examples 1 and 2 having the compositions shown in Table 1. As a result, the results shown in Table 2 were obtained.

Judgment was made after immersion for 240 hours at a liquid temperature of 40°C with a liquid composition of lactic acid 15g/PH4.7. In addition, the fatigue test was conducted using a Charpy testing machine.
Impact energy of 15 kg cm was repeatedly applied to the No. 1 test piece, and evaluation was performed based on the number of times it took for the test piece to break. As is clear from the above, the decorative golden-colored copper alloy of the present invention has superior sweat resistance, workability, and mechanical properties (fatigue resistance) compared to conventional decorative golden-colored copper alloys, and It can be seen that it has a color. As detailed above, the decorative golden-colored copper alloy of the present invention has excellent sweat resistance, workability, mechanical properties (fatigue resistance), and has a golden color. It can be said to be an epoch-making product that can replace colored copper alloys.
