<Prior Art> Conventionally, as a method of attaching a mark made of thermoplastic resin to an object to be adhered, a method as shown in FIG. 1 has been used. That is, in FIG. 1, 1 is an anvil made of metal such as brass, 2 is a sheet-shaped object to be adhered, 3 is a mark sheet made of thermoplastic resin such as polyvinyl chloride, and 4 is a mark-shaped recess 4A to 4C.
It is a cutting die made of a metal such as brass and has protruding blade parts 4a to 4c formed on the contours of the anvil 1.The conventional method is to place an object 2 on an anvil 1 and a marking sheet 3 on top of it. They are stacked one on top of the other, and the overlapping parts are pressed from above with a cutting die 4, and by heating the cutting die 4, the protruding blades 4a to 4c, etc. are cut into the mark sheet 3, thereby cutting out the mark sheet 3. In this method, the mark-shaped concave portions 4A to 4C, etc. are removed from the adhesive, and the removed portions are welded to the object 2 using the contour portions held down by the protruding blade portions 4a to 4c. Note that the anvil 1 is also heated together with the cutting die 4, and in addition to a heater, high frequency induction heating or high frequency dielectric heating using the cutting die 4 and the anvil 1 as electrodes is also used for heating them.

This method requires a great deal of effort to manufacture the cutting die, making the cutting die expensive. Moreover, it is not possible to use delicate lines or other shapes in the mark shape, and welding is mostly done only on the outline of the mark, so if the welding on the outline comes off even in one place, the part that came off will become the object to be adhered. If you want to change the color between multiple lines of marks, the welded parts will open up and the adjacent welded parts will easily come off, and the durability of the welding will be poor. Providing a wall thickness difference between multiple marks that are lined up requires welding work, which is extremely costly. As with the case of different colors, the cost is also high, and furthermore, it is not possible to provide a wall thickness difference that large. , etc. There are problems.

<Objective of the Invention> The present invention has been made to solve the problems of the conventional methods as described above, and it is possible to obtain a device at a low cost, to provide a mark with a delicate shape, and to improve the shape of the welding mark. To provide a method for welding thermoplastic resin marks, which can be performed on the entire surface of the welding machine, has excellent durability, and can easily provide marks arranged in different colors, marks arranged at different heights, etc.

<Structure of the Invention> The present invention involves filling the recesses of an intaglio plate having mark-shaped recesses with a thermoplastic resin solution, paste, or powder, heating the intaglio plate, and then placing an object to be adhered on the intaglio plate. A method for attaching a thermoplastic resin mark, characterized in that the thermoplastic resin in the intaglio recesses is welded to the sheet to be adhered by pressing it with a pressure plate from above and heating the pressed state,
It is in.

In FIG. 2, 5 is a mark-shaped recess 5a~
5d is an intaglio plate made of a metal such as brass, and 6 is a pressure plate made of a metal such as brass. In the method of the present invention, a solution of, for example, polyvinyl chloride of an appropriate viscosity is applied to the concave portions 5a to 5d of the concave plate 5. By filling paste or powder and heating the intaglio plate 5,
The filled solution or paste is brought to a state in which the solvent has almost been removed or the powder is in a state just before melting, and then the sheet-like adherend 2 is placed on the intaglio plate 5,
By pressing the pressure plate 6 from above and further heating the intaglio plate 5 or the intaglio plate 5 and the pressure plate 6 while being pressed, the polyvinyl chloride filled in the recesses 5a to 5d is applied to the adherend 2. This is a welding method.

In the method of the present invention, the same heating method as in the conventional method described above is used to heat the intaglio plate 5 and the pressure plate 6. The heating of the concave plate 5 and the pressure plate 6 does not cause decomposition or carbonization of the resin such as polyvinyl chloride filled in the concave portions 5a to 5d of the concave plate 5, and does not cause deterioration of the adherend 2. It goes without saying that it is preferable to set the temperature to be equal to or higher than the softening temperature of the filled resin within a range where the temperature is lower than the softening temperature of the filled resin. Of course, the filling resin is not limited to polyvinyl chloride.

<Effects of the Invention> According to the present invention as described above, since the concave plate is simply provided with a mark-shaped concave portion, the concave plate can be obtained at a low cost, and the device can have a delicate shape without requiring any cost. The recesses can be easily formed and the recesses can be easily filled with resin solution, powder, etc., so delicately shaped marks can be easily formed, and welding is performed over the entire surface of the mark shape. The mark has excellent durability. By changing the depth of the recess, marks with varying wall thickness can be easily obtained. By adding pigments of different colors to the resin solution or powder that fills the recess, it is possible to create marks with different thicknesses. Many excellent effects can be obtained, such as the ability to obtain marks with aligned colors.
