Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ レーザ媒質ガスを放電により励起することに
よりレーザ発振を行ない、前記レーザ媒質ガスを
循環冷却するための送風機を有するレーザ発振装
置において、ステータを前記レーザ容器内のロー
タに対向して前記レーザ容器外に設置するように
した送風機モータを具備することを特徴とするレ
ーザ発振装置。 ２ 前記ステータを前記レーザ容器の内部の窪み
部分に埋設させ、前記ロータを前記窪み部分で包
囲させるようにした請求項１に記載のレーザ発振
装置。
