Claims (1)
- エア圧力により開閉動作するプランジヤ式の開
閉弁を有する空気弁において、該プランジヤを摺
動支持するバルブ本体側に該プランジヤの往復動
により容積変化する密封空間を設けると共に、該
密閉空間内と前記バルブ本体内の空間部とに連通
する小孔を設けることを特徴とするエアクツシヨ
ンを伴う空気弁。
