    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 回路基板の上面に半導体チツプを設け、この半
    導体チツプを弾力性のある樹脂からなる封止剤で
    封止し、この封止剤の上面に膨張阻止板を設ける
    と共に、この膨張阻止板の上限位置を規制するた
    めの位置規制部材を設けてなることを特徴とする
    半導体チツプの実装構造。
