Claims (1)
- 発振回路を形成した高周波回路基板と、前記発
振回路とカツプリングする誘電体共振器と、前記
高周波回路基板および前記誘電体共振器を収納す
る金属ケースからなり、前記高周波回路基板には
前記誘電体共振器を支持する支持台を貫通させる
ための貫通孔を設け、一端に前記誘電体共振器を
固定した筒状の支持台の他端を前記貫通孔に貫通
させ、前記金属ケースの底面に固定したマイクロ
波発振器において、予め前記支持台の他端を金属
板上に固定しておき、前記誘電体共振器および支
持台を前記貫通孔に貫通させ、前記金属板を前記
金属ケースの底面と前記高周波回路基板間に挟む
ようにして固定したことを特徴とするマイクロ波
発振器。
