Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 発振回路を形成した高周波回路基板と、上記発
    振回路とカツプリングする誘電体共振器と、これ
    らを納装する金属ケースとからなり、上記誘電体
    共振器の真上の金属ケースの部分に貫通穴を穿設
    し、この貫通穴に周波数調整用のビスを螺進自在
    に挿入したマイクロ波発振器において、ビスの挿
    入方向に対して均一に力を与える板バネを設けた
    ことを特徴とするマイクロ波発振器。
