    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 発振回路を形成した高周波回路基板と、前記発
    振回路とカツプリングする誘電体共振器とを含ん
    でなり、前記誘電体共振器により、前記発振回路
    の発振周波数を安定させるようにしたマイクロ波
    発振器において、マイクロ波発振器内に存在する
    発熱部品に設置された放熱板に、前記誘電体共振
    器を取り付けたことを特徴とするマイクロ波発振
    器。
