Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 半球面または平面の光透過性の材料による
    操作面と、 この操作面にかかる圧力を検出する圧力検出手
    段と、 前記操作面の上方から入射する光が前記操作面
    上の被検出物に遮られたことを検出する光検出手
    段と、 この光検出手段の出力により前記光が遮断され
    ている点の位置及び前記点が移動する方向及び前
    記点の移動する速度を演算して出力する演算処理
    部と、 前記圧力検出手段の出力と前記光検出手段の出
    力を弁別し、前記圧力検出手段が圧力を検出した
    ときに、前記演算処理部の出力を有効とする弁別
    手段とを具備し、 前記弁別手段の出力により弁別された、前記演
    算処理部の出力を座標データとしたことを特徴と
    する座標入力装置。 (2) 半球面または平面の光透過性の材料による
    操作面と、 この操作面にかかる圧力を検出する圧力検出手
    段と、 前記操作面の上方から入射する光が前記操作面
    上の被検出物に遮られたことを検出する光検出手
    段と、 この光検出手段の出力と、前記圧力検出手段の
    出力とを演算処理することにより、前記光が遮断
    されている点の位置及びこの点が移動する方向及
    びこの点の移動する速度を算出し、座標データと
    して出力する演算処理部とを具備したことを特徴
    とする座標入力装置。
