Claims (1)
- 原水中の硬度分及びシリカ分等を除去する逆浸
透膜装置４と、原水中の溶存気体を除去する脱気
装置５とを原水供給部１と処理水給配部２との間
の給水ライン３中に設けてなる冷熱機器用水処理
装置において、前記逆浸透膜装置４から濃縮水排
出のための排水ライン７をエジエクタ１０のノズ
ル部１０ａに接続すると共に、上記脱気装置５中
の真空吸引ライン１１を上記エジエクタ１０の負
圧発生部１０ｂに接続してなることを特徴とする
冷熱機器用水処理装置。
